Monday is reserved for team training and studio maintenance, which is why we are not available to respond to messages on that day. If you submit an enquiry over the weekend, you will receive a response by end of business on Tuesday. Please include the service you are interested in, any relevant history (for colour or skincare enquiries), and your preferred appointment window so that we can match you with the right specialist and time slot.
Studio Hours
Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins are accepted only for fringe trims when a chair is available.
Thursday – Friday
10:00 am – 8:00 pm. Extended hours accommodate clients who require late afternoon or early evening slots.
Saturday
9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend appointments fill quickly; booking at least one week in advance is recommended.
Sunday
10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Available for hair, nails, and express skincare treatments.
