The first fifteen minutes are not billable — they are essential.
Every hair appointment at Lumenilumen begins with a seated consultation in the amber-gold light of our Robson Street studio. Your stylist will examine your hair's natural growth pattern, density, and texture before asking about your daily routine, your tools, and the amount of styling time you realistically commit to each morning. This is not a formality. The cut is built around those answers. We do not recommend a style because it is popular this season; we recommend it because it will work for your specific head of hair and your specific life. Expect the consultation to run fifteen minutes for a first visit and five to eight for returning clients.

Blow-Out & Style
Volume and direction work using professional tools and finishing products. Suited to event preparation or regular weekly maintenance. From $65 CAD, 45 minutes.
Deep Conditioning Treatment
Keratin or hydration mask application paired with your cut or as a standalone appointment. Addresses dryness and breakage common in Vancouver's winter months. From $45 CAD.
Fringe & Refinement
Between-cut fringe trims and perimeter clean-ups for clients who need their shape maintained without a full appointment. $30 CAD, no consultation required.
What This Service Does Not Cover

Our hair services do not include chemical relaxers or permanent wave treatments — these require an equipment and product infrastructure we have chosen not to maintain in order to keep the studio environment controlled and precise for the services we do offer. If your hair requires chemical straightening, we are happy to refer you to a specialist in Vancouver we trust. Additionally, results from our treatments depend on the current condition of your hair and how consistently you follow the at-home care guidance your stylist provides at the end of each appointment.
