Our colourists will ask about every chemical service your hair has received in the past two years — not to be thorough for its own sake, but because that history changes how the colour develops, how long it holds, and whether a particular technique is the right one for your hair at this moment. The amber-gold lighting in our studio replicates the warm spectrum of natural sunlight, which means you can assess the result under the conditions closest to how others will see it on you — not under the harsh white light that makes salon results misleading.

Colour results depend on factors outside any colourist's complete control — the porosity of your hair, its processing history, and the care routine you maintain at home. We will always give you our honest assessment of what is achievable in a single appointment and what requires multiple sessions. We do not promise a result in one visit if the hair's condition makes that unsafe. Our colourists will provide a written care guide at the end of every colour appointment, including recommended product types and wash-frequency guidance specific to the technique used.
